September 16, 2010. Chapter meeting. 3:00 p.m. at Wakonda Country Club. Learn about your CPCU Chapter and volunteer opportunities. Michael Jadadich from State Farm, an incoming CPCU Governor, will speak about National CPCU volunteer opportunities. Refreshments and food served on the patio at 4:00 p.m. September 25-28, 2010. October 21, 2010. Chapter meeting. 7:30 a.m. at Glen Oaks Country Club. Paul Kneuer, Senior Vice President & Chief Reinsurance Strategist for Holborn Corporation, will provide a snapshot of today's reinsurance industry, covering topics such as key recent events for reinsurance; supply factors for reinsurance; and the reinsurance outlook for 2011 and 2012. |

November 11, 2010. I-Day. 8:00 a.m. at the Des Moines Marriott. Highlights include CEO panel including Kim Austen, Nationwide; Steve Crawford, Grinnell Mutual; and Bruce Kelley, EMC. Ann Weber and Jeff Brewer from PCI's Washington, DC office will present a legislative and election update. |

December 16, 2010. Chapter meeting. 11:30 a.m. at Holiday Inn & Suites at Jordan Creek, West Des Moines. “Generations at Work” by Debbie Ladehoff. Debbie works at Farmers Mutual Hail Insurance Company and will speak about how different generations of employees work together and how each has a different view based on when they grew up.
