For a good cause

For the fifth year, proceeds from the annual golf outing will be donated to Farm Safety 4 Just Kids, in conjunction with the efforts of our CPCU Good Works committee. Farm Safety 4 Just Kids is a very special program that seeks to prevent farm related childhood injuries and fatalities, by providing education about the importance of farm safety.

Who can participate?

The golf outing will be a Best Ball tournament, and is open to CPCUs, those testing for CPCU as well as other members of Iowa's insurance community. Shotgun start will be at NOON. Please arrive at the course before 11:30 AM.

Here's an opportunity to show your support for a good cause and have a great time. Whether you're an accomplished golf pro or have never hit a golf ball before, we're looking for everyone to get involved. Build your own foursome or we can build one for you. We are looking to have 100+ golfers for this great event.

How to register

To register for golf and/or dinner, or to sponsor a hole, contact Jeff Jeffus at (515) 491-9877, or e-mail him at a.jeffus@mchsi.com. Your $55 fee includes green fees for 18 holes, 1/2 a cart, GPS capability on every cart, range balls prior to start and in cart GPS for distances and leaderboard information. Dinner is open for anyone, golfing or not, and only $15.00.

Sponsorships and donations

Donations of company branded golf prizes that can be used for door prizes will be appreciated.

Companies can sponsor a hole for $100. Additionally, sponsorships are available for special events, e.g., closest to the pin.
