Additional Insured and Certificate of Insurance
Issues 8 a.m. – 12:05 p.m. This workshop highlights issues associated
with requests for additional insured status, and the certificates of
insurance that accompany such requests. It includes a state-by-state
analysis of anti-indemnity statutes and any exceptions, and discusses
recent changes in ISO forms that require the insurance and risk management
professionals to be extra vigilant in exercising due diligence.
Course of Construction Policies
and Installation Floaters 12:30
– 4:35 p.m. This workshop will help
insurance and risk management professionals choose appropriate coverage
forms for the “non-jumbo” project. Attendees will learn about the various
