Sanders, Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP), has
18 years experience in Information Technology and 30 years in
emergency management and public safety. He has used his experiences
to help develop Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans for
several Des Moines companies. Dale is the Disaster Recovery
Specialist for Iowa Health System and oversees their Business
Continuity Program.

Joe Solem, ABCP, is an IT
manager for a worldwide manufacturing company. Joe has spent more
than 30 years in the Information Technology field achieving the
position of Director, Information Technology. He has also been doing
work in the disaster recovery field for over 20 years. He currently
serves on the Board of Directors of the Iowa Contingency Planners
and is also a member of the Metro Emergency Planners organization in
Des Moines, Iowa. Joe has an associate certification in business
continuity planning.
